I am so excited that this month marks the 1st year that Strive For Progress has been a published blog! Whoop whoop!
Thank you so much for all of your continued support and patience as I find the time to get posts up. I do wish I had more consistency! For me consistency is the most frustrating part of blogging. I often wonder how the most popular bloggers find time to teach their kids, keep a tidy house, feed their family, keep their kids happy and occupied, keep up with their Facebook pages and other social media outlets and write or create, and the list goes on. How do they keep their consistency? If I get a schedule/routine that would work for me it might happen but even then it wouldn’t be perfect. So I take joy in the fact that my blog says progress not perfection. I am discouraged but optimistic. I will forge through and keep writing, consistant or not, because writing is my passion. I have some guest posters that will start appearing on my blog soon, I announced that last week on the Facebook page. You will LOVE them!!! I also have little “Birthday” surprise to share, I am in the process of writing an ebook! YAY! As everything in my life writing the ebook is a process (a big process) and who knows when it will be done BUT the fact is I am progressing! Someday I will have a finished book to share, I can’t wait!

Congratulations, Keep up the great work, you’re doing a great job, everyone drops the ball on a regular basis., it’s just a matter of which ball you are going to drop when. Sometimes, it may be the blog, sometimes, it may be the housework, sometimes it’s school, work or the weeds in the garden, the list is endless. I a VERY proud of you and love that you persist! I agree with what some of the other ladies said above… it is very hard to post as often as you would like. I am currently struggling to get posts up on my blog. I have some other things that are taking precedence right now, so that is just the way it is.
