Okay I am tired of spending big bucks on tiny bottles of rubs and mixes so I decided to make my own! Today is the first day I used it (mixed it up about three days ago). I sprinkled it over chicken in my crockpot and my house smells A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!! I could not bear to keep such a yummy herb recipe from you! I use a multi-purpose herb mix for hummus, grilled or crockpot chicken, stews, soups, breads. I just like having a spice mix on hand that will go with just about anything so I do not have to buy a bunch of speciality items or try to figure out what individual herbs to use! There are certainly times and certain recipes that call for specialty seasonings but for everyday cookin’ I need a hard working mix! Feel free to comment or email me if you have any usage questions. Enjoy!
