- 1 package tortillas or 4-8 homemade tortillas
- 1 bunch kale rinsed
- 1 can or 1 cup leftover cranberry relish or jelly
- 2 cups turkey leftovers
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or 1 cup feta cheese
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp water
- salt and pepper to taste
Place kale in frying pan with 1-2 tbsp water and toss with 1 tbsp cooking oil, salt and pepper. Cook kale medium heat, toss till bright green 2-5 mins. Take off hot burner. Layer ingredients on tortilla, wrap and eat! YUM!
MODIFICATIONS: If you do not have leftover turkey simply take a turkey breast or two chicken breasts (rinsed and clean) plop them in your oiled crockpot with salt and pepper and a fruit like orange, lemons or an apple. Cook low 6 hours till register at 180 degrees on a cooking thermometer. Shred the meat up and then layer as directed above.
