Learning how others find balance, health and relaxation is fascinating. The concept of relaxing more, enjoying life and actually feeling accomplished intrigues me. I am constantly filling my time with busyness and not taking enough time to enjoy life. I want to work on trying to slow down and enjoy life more. I want to live in and enjoy each moment of my life. This may sound a bit “flowery” to some people but in reality if we do not strive to find some balance in our life then we will tumble into the masses. People who are more balanced emotionally and physically stand strong among others lost in the craziness of life. Look at the picture above, see the rocks standing solid amongst the others who are blending in. You can see the strength in those balanced rocks, they stand up and out. You can stand strong in balance. Reach for your goals, live in each moment, relax a little and strive to find balance in your life.
A magazine that I believe is a great resource in learning to live a more balanced life is Martha Stewart’s Whole Living magazine. I appreciate the information they collect and write about. My mom has the subscription and sends it my way when she is done reading it. You can also find a wealth of info on their website at www.wholeliving.com I encourage you to go check it out. I think it’s really important for our mind, body and soul to try to search out ways to heal, de-stress, and live as naturally as possible. Our minds and bodies are loaded with toxins and junk everyday and I am not just talking about what we read or eat. Our environment and products we use everyday can be full of junk. Whatever we can do to help our body process less crud the better right?! Whole Living is just one of the many sources I use to find useful info about living healthier.
